How many times per week should you workout?

Of course my answer will always be depends:

  • depends on your goals 

  • depends on your lifestyle 

  • depends if you're a professional athlete or if you combine your workouts with other types of sports.

And many more factors.

Generally speaking ideally you would do 2-3 strength training workouts per week. 

However (and this might be unpopular opinion) i do believe that even once in 2 weeks will be better than nothing.

Find your way, start working out and improve your life and health.
